We are heading back to OC tomorrow, but before we go I wanted to pass on this recipe for a fantastic and very summer-y salad that Jill and I have made for the past couple years.
We were first turned on to the wonder that is goat cheese at the Wildfire restaurant in Eden Prairie, MN thanks to my friend John who was a manager there. It's perfect in this salad and I rarely use the words "perfect" and "salad" in the same year, let alone in the same sentence.
